Why this tool exists
RatioSlate connects five jobs that are usually split across calculators and editors: calculate, preview, reframe, check safe zones, and export. The home workspace is the crop studio. Separate pages answer narrower questions, such as a single ratio, a single resolution, or one platform’s overlay guide.
Private by design
The first version uses browser-only image processing. There is no account, cloud library, database, payment flow, or background upload.
How platform data is maintained
Calculator math is exact. Platform presets and safe-zone guides are stored separately with sources and review dates so they can be updated without changing crop logic. Overlay percentages are working guides, not official platform standards.
